Spa Policies


Memberships begin with a signed membership agreement. Monthly dues will be due on the same day each month, and will auto renew each month until your membership is cancelled.

Cancellation of Membership

Memberships can be cancelled at anytime with a 60-day notice. Any un-used sauna sessions will be considered surrendered if not used prior to the cancellation and will not be subject to any refunds or credits.

Cancellation of Appointments

Please understand that services are reserved for you personally. We continue to require 24-hour notice for all cancellations and reschedules. Cancellations and reschedules within 24 hours will be subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service(s).

Our cancellation policy allows us time to inform standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our staff’s schedules filled, thus better serving everyone.

We value your business and thank you for helping us service all clients with an up-to-date schedule.


You may schedule an appointment either by phone or online. All appointments must be held with a valid credit card. Please arrive at least 20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. First time guests will complete a spa intake form. If you are late to your appointment, we may need to shorten or cancel your service to accommodate the next scheduled guest.


We provide a body wrap, robe, and spa sandals for comfort during your service. Following your service you may use our shower facilities and are encouraged to try our personal toiletries for your convenience. We do provide a locker for storage, but cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items.

Cell Phones

Cell phones and laptops should be turned off or set to “silent” mode upon entrance into the spa. No exceptions, please.

Gift Cards

Lost or stolen cards are not replaceable. Cards may not be redeemed for cash. Gift cards expire 5 years from date of purchase. Gift cards are transferable but non-refundable.


Sunlighten Day Spa is happy to accept returns on most merchandise from the spa within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt. Product must not be more than 1/3 used. When items are purchased as a set, we can only accept returns of complete sets, not individual items. Sale items are non-returnable. All refunds are for spa retail credit only. No cash refunds.


You may opt to leave gratuities for a pleasing spa experience. The recommended range is between 15% and 20% of the full service price, but the amount is left up to your discretion. Gratuity will be added for parties of 5 or more.


All spa guests must be 15 years of age or older to schedule or receive service. Law requires minors under the age of 18 to be accompanied by parent or guardian for spa services. Children are not permitted to accompany parents at any time during their spa services.

Special Conditions

If you are currently pregnant, have muscle or joint injuries, are suffering from high blood pressure, are using medications or have had recent surgery, please notify our staff, as it may affect our ability to perform your request.
