WHAT TO EXPECT

The Day of Your Appointment

On the day of your appointment, arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time to minimize your stress and get settled in. Bring yourself and leave your worries at the door. We provide freshly laundered robes and clean sandals for you to wear around the spa so whatever you’re wearing is perfect.

When You Arrive + While You Wait

You’ll be greeted by a friendly staff member at the front desk who will check you in, answer any questions you have, and show you to the changing area. There, you will be provided with a locker, robe and sandals. Change out of the day’s attire, wrap yourself in a cozy Sunlighten robe, and slip into a pair of sandals. Then, step out of the changing area and wait in the peaceful Relaxation Circle for a staff member to gather you and guide you to your first treatment.

During Your Treatment Time

When your treatment area is ready, your therapist or esthetician will meet you in the Relaxation Circle and lead you to your treatment room. They will take time to ask about your goals and listen to any problems you want to address. This is the time to ask questions and they are happy to answer questions, educate you about the process and explain what happens. Your experience will vary based on the length and content of your service or package. The atmosphere will be complemented by calming music, therapeutic scents, and soft lighting. We provide healthy water with lemon. Additional beverages and nutritious snack trays are available for purchase.

After Your Treatment

Once your services are complete, return to the locker room where you can shower if you would like, throw your robe into a hamper, get dressed, gather your things, and leave feeling rejuvenated with a fresh perspective.
