Steps to booking
Whether you’re celebrating a birthday, bridal shower, bachelorette party, girls’ getaway, corporate outing, or other special occasion, Sunlighten Day Spa offers customized group experiences designed for relaxation, connection, and celebration. Choose from our Private Spa Suite Experience for intimate gatherings or reserve the entire spa with our Exclusive Sunlighten Day Spa Experience.
Step 1
PLAN AHEAD
We want to curate the perfect occasion for you with flow and stress-free ease. The further out we can look at schedules gives you the most options at one of Kansas City’s top day spas.
We recommend you contact us two to three months in advance, ideally. We can always work with you with less advanced notice, though options may be more limited.
Step 2
DETERMINE # OF PARTY GUESTS
Party of 5 (or fewer) – No need to rent out the spa. You can enjoy your party during regular spa hours. For an additional fee, you can add a private room for five or less to create a private option with a variety of service choices. View Private Room Fee for 4 or fewer guests.
Party of 6+ – Are you bringing a large group of six or more? You have two options:
- Private Party – Rent out the entire Day Spa so you and your guests are the center of attention. View Spa Rental Pricing.
- Rotating Groups – Book packages for your guests and rotate services without renting out the whole spa.
Step 3
CHOOSE YOUR SERVICES OR SPA PACKAGE
Select from our menu of facials, massages, packages and more. Pricing starts with your selection of services. Timing and duration of your party will last as long as the services or package you choose.
Step 4
CHOOSE YOUR DAY
Party of 5 (or fewer) – Select any day for your event.
Private Room Fee (for 4 or fewer) – You do have the option to add a private room for a small group:
- Monday – Friday: $50 for single service, $100 for multiple services
- Saturday – Sunday: $100 for single services and $150 for multiple services
Party of 6+ – You can rent the entire spa to have it all to yourselves. Spa rental prices vary based on the day.
Spa Rental Fees:
- Monday – Wednesday: $35 per person + a 20% gratuity
- Thursday – Friday: $45 per person + a 20% gratuity
- Saturday – Sunday: $50 per person + a 20% gratuity
Step 5
SELECT YOUR FOOD & BEVERAGES*
Party of 5 (or fewer) – Smaller parties have the option of selecting a Package that includes food and wine, or add wine and food to your Services of choice from our regular menu.
Party of 6+ – Your food and beverages choices are based on which type of party you design:
- Private Party – Your spa rental includes private access to our space for you and your guests. Enhance your experience with customizable food and beverage options, available for an additional fee. Our team will coordinate all details to suit your preferences.
*To ensure your food and beverage arrangements are fresh, prepared and ready, we require at least one week advance notice.

Party of 5 (or fewer) – Please call us to book your party at 913.754.2023.
Party of 6+ – Please fill out our Spa Party/Booking Inquiry Form below and our Spa Party Consultant will contact you as soon as possible.
Credit Card, Cancellation, & Reschedule Notes – Your spa party is reserved especially for you and requires a credit card at time of booking. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least one week in advance. Any cancellations within one week’s notice are subject to a cancellation fee.
